Here's what we're about:
E: Efficiency. Running should be fluid and intentional. We want to find your effortless pace.
N: Natural movement. Your stride, cadence, and running style should be unique to you and it should feel natural.
D: Drive. Training for a race and making improvements requires drive—a necessity to get you through training, even when you don't want to.
U: Unity. Although running is an individual sport, every step you take is in unity with millions of other runners. Never get too low comparing yourself to other runners and also never get too high that you don't remember where you began as a runner. Stay UNITED.
R: Running. Just run—it’s as simple as that. You are a runner, humans were built to move. Doesn't matter how far or fast… just RUN!
